Our Kaw-She Gourmet Treats are made using natural premium ingredients (Flour, Baking Powder, Eggs, Water, Peanut Butter Chips, Yogurt Chips,
Carob Chips, whole grain oats, including hard red winter wheat, long grain brown rice, whole oats, barley, triticale, rye, buckwheat, textured soy
concentrate, evaporated cane juice, brown rice syrup, chicory root fiber, excellor pressed canola oil, honey, salt, cinnamon, mixed tocopherols (natural
vitamin E) and sesame seeds. (note: triticale is a wheat hybrid. The triticale and the red winter wheat make our treats unsuitable for dogs with wheat
allergies.) For dogs without any wheat allergies, our treats have a honey sweetened nutritious tasty crunch for dog.
All Kaw-She Bone treats are dipped in one of 3 flavors: Peanut Butter --- Carob -- Yogurt
We decorate with the same 3 dippings ... i.e., peanut butter is decorated with either carob or yogurt. (Holiday Treats have coloring added to yogurt chips).
Peanut Butter provides niacin, folic acid, vitamin E, and biotin (vitamin H). Peanut Butter is good for the nails and coat. Peanut Butter is also a great
source of Vitamin E – which is beneficial to preventing diseases.
Yogurt, an excellent, nutritious food by itself, is known to be effective in helping to control bad bacteria in the body, especially in the gastrointestinal and
reproductive systems. Yogurt may also help a dog after taking antibiotics.
Carob ... Not dangerous like chocolate, carob is a dog-friendly substitute and dogs love the flavor. It is low fat, and low in calories. We all get the urge
to eat some chocolate (but it's a doggie no-no). With carob we can share this delicacy with our dogs. It contains vitamin B1, niacin, vitamin A and is
also high in vitamin B2, calcium, magnesium and iron. So, next time you are enjoying some chocolate, don't forget your best friend. Make a carob treat
part of your sharing.
Eggs act as complete protein, which contains several vitamins, minerals, and all the amino acids needed for good canine health (which include all the
functions of life, including growth, repair of injuries, energy and much more)
NOTE: Treats are not intended as a meal and should be
given sparingly. Also, store your treats in an
airtight container, whether a plastic bowl with a
tight-fitting lid or a zipper-top plastic bag with all the
air pressed out to help seal in the freshness and
keep moisture out.
